1. Post master was exposed to COVID-19 and only self-quarantined for 7 days. This condition exposed employees to COVID. a) Supervisor advised a carrier that if she tested positive for COVID to remain silent and return to work. 2. The work area is not properly sanitized and/or cleaned. 3. Postal vehicles are not equipped with sanitizing equipment.
