There is a concern that the employer is not complying with the proper Covid-19 guidelines to reduce exposure to employees due to the following: 1. Improper temperatures being taken of both, employees and patients entering the facility. 2. Improper sanitation of health care facility including, patient rooms, waiting room, bathrooms - office space. 3. Failed to inform employees and patients about being exposed to their infected employees. 4.
