Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer does not enforce the wearing of masks. Prior to 1/18/21, the wearing of masks had not been implemented. Now, they are "recommended." 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer does not enforce physical distancing. 4.
