1. Multiple employees have tested positive in the facility. The employer is not allowing exposed employees to quarantine. 2. Employees are allowed to return to work after testing positive. The employer is not requiring employees to provide a negative test before returning to work. 3. The delivery trucks are not being sanitized in between shifts which exposes employees to the spread of COVID-19. 4.
