1. The employer has not implemented effective procedures for screening employees with COVID-19 symptoms. There is no process to check and verify if employees on site completed their daily health checks. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(B) 2. The employer did not evaluate how to maximize the quantity of outdoor air and whether it is possible to increase filtration efficiency to the highest level compatible with the existing ventilation system. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(E) 3. The employer does not ensure that face coverings are worn by employees over the nose and mouth when indoors and when outdoors and less than six feet away from another person. The Campus Supervisor and Principal among other employees routinely fail to wear face coverings. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A) 4. The employer has not implemented measures to communicate to non-employees the face covering requirements of the workplace. There are no posters, signage, or other effective means of informing non-employees and visitors of these requirements. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(E)
