1. There have been multiple confirmed COVID-19 cases within the department, but workers that have worked in close proximity to those who tested positive have not been notified. 2. There are multiple workers who were working from home in March that are now on-site daily. 3. While masks are required, multiple people have been seen not wearing them over their nose, and some not over the mouth and nose. When their supervisor is informed, no action is taken. 4. Supervisors are asking employees out due to COVID-19 to come in for work while awaiting test results. 5.
