Employer not enforcing social distancing|Business operating even though business classified as nonessential|Other They told the public that we were partially opening up for business to make masks. However, the entire plant is open and everyone is doing their original job. Everyone that ive talked to so far has told me they arent making masks. Supposedly theres one department making masks but when going past the department it doesnt look like they are. We are given masks however we were supposed to get 2 and not everyone got 2. Those who got one are told to rewear it. It seems theyre telling some employees one thing and other something else. I was told our time was changed from 6:45-3:15 to 6:30-3:00 while someone else i know was told regular time and when she came in at the time i was told, she was told she wouldnt be getting that extra 15 minutes of pay. We have no harazard pay, no bonuses, and we were told BEFORE the pandemic we were getting raises in july. No one is social distancing, gathering in groups on breaks. We are told that we dont have to wear masks at our station but if we leave the station then we should wear them. Second shift was told they dont have to wear the masks at all. And the masks dont seem safety certified looking like its made from cloth, shade cords and a bead stop.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-13
