1. Employer is not allowing staff to change masks or gowns more than once a week and does not offer PPE such as shields, goggles. 2. Employer does not like employees to change their gloves in between patients. 3. The dentist touches dentures removed from patients mouths without the use of gloves and then touches items at the worksite. 4. Fire extinguishers have not been serviced since 2005. 5. There is a water leak coming from the skylight in the patient waiting room. 6. Trip hazards exist in the reception area.
