1. The building is not being properly sanitized to prevent new cases of COVID-19 positive employees. Custodial services are not regularly cleaning frequently touched surfaces in the building. No cleaning is being done of large upper areas of the plant and no PPE is provided to work in and around extremely dirty areas. 2. Adequate social distancing precautions are not being taken. Employees are allowed to remain within six feet of each other even when it is not necessary. 3. Employees are potentially to asbestos fibers where a inspection gallery has a visible 3 foot hole in the ceiling. 4. Employees are being exposed to slip, trips and falls where plastic sheets and tarps hung throughout the facility to divert water from the persistently leaking roof. 5. Employees are not routinely being informed of the number of COVID19 cases inside the facility.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 500
