Throughout the facility transmission of SARS-CoV-2 is not being controlled as follows: 1. The building is not being properly sanitized to prevent new cases of COVID-19 positive employees. Custodial services are not regularly cleaning frequently touched surfaces in the building. 2. Shared work equipment such as forklifts and mail processing equipment as well as devices such as hand-held scanners are not being sanitized between uses by different employees. 3.
