1 A worker has tested positive for COVID-19 and potentially was exposed at work, has been told they may lose their job. 2 Employees who were close contacts and are required to quarantine for at least seven days have also been told they may lose their job after being potentially being exposed at work to COVID-19. 3 The general contractor was not informed that a worker of a subcontractor tested positive, do that additional precautions such as contact tracing and cleaning and disinfecting of work areas can be conducted.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
