1) In late November there cases of COVID-19 positive residents and staff members. Not all employees were not provided N95 or higher levels of respirators to wear when working near these patients, resulting in up to ten days of working around COVID-19 positive persons without protective equipment including respirators and gowns. More than half of the staff and up to eighty patients became sick with COVID-19. 2) Employer refused to conduct employee testing to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 and refused to provide respirators until virus had widely spread in the facility.
