1) Failure to follow COVID-19 guidelines by not cleaning and sanitizing surfaces in and around the store, including carts, baskets, and entrance doors after they have been used. 2) Not ensuring that Washing facilities are maintained in a sanitary condition. 3) Material is being stored in a manner that creates a hazard. Material is not arranged in a stable and secure manner as to prevent against sliding or collapse. 4) Exit routes are not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment is placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. 5) The floor of every workroom is not being maintained, so far as practicable, in a dry condition.
