Employer has not developed an effective plan to address the specific exposure risks, sources of exposures, routes of transmission of COVID-19. 1. Employer is allowing employees and managers that have tested positive for COVID-19 to work without providing additional precautions to protect them. 2. Employer is not conducting contact tracing to identify individuals who might have been exposed. 3. Employer is not notifying employees who worked in close proximity to the infected employee that they may have been exposed. 4. Employer is not recording, reporting and investigating if infected employees are work-related. Note: Complainant stated that more than 20 employees may have tested positive to COVID-19 at the warehouse. The only employees that are allow to telework are the office staff. Also, the complainant tested positive for COVID-19 and decided to self-quarantine on his own, due to concern to his family. On 01/06/2021, complainant tested negative for COVID-19. Complainant is concern to be exposed again and contract the virus due to employer is allowing infected employees to work. He stated that he is being harassed by his manager. During the phone discussion he mentioned that the safety employee is at the hospital. Refer Intake for additional information. There are previous similar COVID-19 related complaints.
