1. Employees are not trained on the potential hazards with the chemicals they use to clean. 2. Safety Data Sheets are not available for the chemicals used within the facility. 3. Employees are not provided with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to use when cleaning. 4. The kitchen sink leaks causing slip hazards and mold buildup in the area near the sink. 5. The employer is not following precautions to protect employees from COVID-19 as required by Executive Orders 20-54, 20-81, and 20-103, specifically: The employer is not conducting health screenings of employees prior to entering the workplace. The employer is not allowing employees to quarantine or isolate appropriately if they have a positive COVID-19 test or have been exposed to someone who is positive. The employer is not cleaning high touch and shared surfaces within the facility.
