1. Psych techs are not being fitted with N95 masks that are required to perform CPR on patients. Psych techs were told that only nurses were going to be fitted with N95 masks because Sparrow does not have enough N95 masks for us. 2. The establishment has patients who come into the facility who are "pending" COVID results and are asked to "stay in their rooms". 3. There is no plan for a possible exposure if CPR is performed on the Units or how the employer is going to close the area down, for how long, how employees are to get the equipment in and out, who is going to clean, etc. The Union Chair has asked for this plan from leadership all the way up to the CEO and CNO and no response has been given regarding N95s being fitted to all caregivers so we have proper personal protective equipment.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
