1. The employer does not let other employees know when they have been exposed to an employee who is COVID-19 positive. 2. The break room is not disinfected adequately. There are also no disinfectant products for employees to clean before they utilized the break room. 3. There are many employees in the break rooms exposing employees by not adhering to the six feet distance. Employees are also around each other at break time for more than 15 minutes cumulative. 4. The employer has stopped staggering lunch breaks.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
