Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Both doctors came back to work within 2-3 days of testing positive for the corona virus; 2. Other employees have become infected with the virus, even though they wear masks and gloves; 3. Employees were not informed when coworkers with whom they had, or could have had, close contact, tested positive for the virus; 4. Employees who worked with those who have tested positive were not afforded the opportunity to isolate or get tested for the virus until or unless they developed symptoms.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-12
