1. The employer is not enforcing the wearing of face masks. Customers are being allowed to come in and shop without a mask. 2. The employer is not limiting the capacity of people in the store. The checkout line sometimes runs from the front of the store to the back and curves into the wigs department. There is no social distancing being practiced. 3. Many employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer does not inform the staff to get tested. Employees are finding out about the cases from other employees. 4. There have been employees working while having symptoms, such as coughing. This is putting the rest of the employees at risk. 5. Employees were told that whenever an employee returned to work after being positive for the virus that the store was going to be disinfected.
