Employees could have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Employees from another store were summoned to this location and were not informed that an employee from this location had recently tested positive for the corona virus; 2. One or more employees from this location went to another store, and did not inform the employees at that location that he/she/they could have been in contact with an employee who had tested positive for the COVID-19 virus; 3.
