1. There have been some employees that felt sick while at work and were later tested positive for COVID-19. No cleaning or sanitizing has been done in the facility. 2. Social distancing is not being practiced. 3. The employer is not notifying employees that there have been positive COVID-19 cases to make them aware if they have been exposed. Employees are having to find out from other employees. 4. Employees are wearing protective suits and a "veil" for the work being done, but the veils are not really face masks to protect against and prevent the spread of the virus.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-18
