1. Employees are exposed to hazards to their health and safety, due to the disorderly placement/location of open containers of highly flammable auto paints, and thinners etc., in the work area. 2. Where employees are engaged in auto body repairs, and handle and/or use tools, parts, auto paints and thinners etc., they are not provided with eye protection. 3. Employees sustain cuts regularly, due to not being provided with gloves, and having to handle items such as metal and/or plastic car bumpers, which can weigh 75 lbs. 4.
