There have been four positive cases of COVID-19 among employees. 1. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer is not following the self quarantine guidelines issued by the CDC and local health authorities. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer requires employees to come to work with active symptoms while waiting for test results. 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because employees are allowed into the building before it has been disinfected following a positive case. 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards from COVID-19 because the employer does not perform medical evaluations or fit testing before requiring the use of N95 respirators. 5. Employer is not notifying employees that are defined as close contacts of presumed or confirmed positive employees promptly as recommended by CDC and local health authorities.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 7
