Hospital Sites: 1. Employees are not adequately protected when working with COVID patients. As a result employees have become sick with COVID-19. Employer sends employees to hospitals without ensuring they had and have adequate protective equipment such as N95 respirators or equivalent when working with COVID 19 sick patients. 2. Employees have been required to work with COVID sick patients receiving dialysis in enclosed rooms at Good Samaritan Hospital without N95 respiratory protection. 3. Employer has not developed and implemented a respiratory protection programs where employees are required to use N95 for protection against COVID. Additionally, employees have not been medically evaluated, fit tested or trained for N95 respirators.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 5
