Location: PricewaterhouseCoopers Office Building, 101 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA a. Employer has not provided follow-up care and information to employees who may have been exposed to nearby cleaning crew employees who became ill and are presumed positive for COVID 19. Employees are concerned about exposures from cleaning crew. Common items and areas throughout the building, door knobs, table, desk, and other surfaces have not been not cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines. b. Employer does not provide proper gloves, or masks for cleaning desks tops, tables, and cafes on each floor. c. Employer does not train employees regarding the type of gloves to be worn. d. Employer does not provide disinfectant to clean with, only paper towels and water. e. Employer does not enforce social distancing - employees and cleaning crews use the elevator together.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 100
