Alleged Hazards: Complaint received on 9/21/2020 for 7808 Pacific Ave Tacoma location - Clients and staff are not six feet apart and clients don't wear masks Anonymous Complaint received on 10/21/2020 for 7808 Pacific Ave Tacoma location - No disinfecting, no 6ft social distancing, not hand sanitizer, not following any of the COVID-19 requirements, diaper changing tables are not being cleaned or disinfected. Anonymous Complaint received on 10/22/2020 for 7808 Pacific Ave Tacoma location - There are no COVID policies in place to protect employees that work in homes. Or if they are, they are not known by employees beyond wear a mask and wash hands when you arrive at a home. Employees go to client homes but do not know if they are healthy. Leaps does not provide employees with thermometers or require temperature checks. Leaps does not provide hand sanitizer for techs that work in homes. Leaps does not ask families about their symptoms or if they have been exposed. They also don't require that families cancel for 14 days after they cancel because of being exposed. Leaps does not provide hand soap and the clients don't always have hand soap either. Anonymous Complaint received on 10/22/2020 for 231 SE Barrington Dr. Oak Harbor Location - The Cleaning supplies provided by the company do not sanitize. The supervisor is bringing bleach and Clorox wipes from home because the company provided a multi-purpose cleaner that does not say anything about killing germs on its label.
