A positive case of COVID-19 was identified and employees were not notified of their potential exposure at the facility. Management has not enforced the CDC guidelines for maintaining a safe and healthful workplace during the pandemic. During a stand up meeting, it was discussed that they are to send people home and have them quarantined and tested in the event that a positive case is identified. This has not been enforced.
