*Dirty napkins, never sealed *Utensils being transported through elevator unsealed.. and never re-sanitized. * deep cleaning of restaurant by a third party neglected and left to untrained staff to do * face shield are being withheld until asked for, pending shipment * negligent social distancing precautions being taken in the entrance of the hotel. No possible way for social distancing to be enforced in corridors. Same corridor is being used for the general public entry and exit. Same corridor is where the host is expected to stand with sanitation stations enticing people to disregard social distancing with employee. *plexiglass has never been installed at host stand and when asked about... they never give an actual date of installation. * new breakroom was placed in cramped area where it would seem that it would be dangerous to have. Very exposed and foot trafficked due to it being in a corridor. * total disregard of the congregation of large crowds with in the hotel. We were pressured to come into a meeting of about 40 people and were encouraged to eat within unsafe distances of each other. Only reasoning they provided for this was that they were against the clock for reopening the hotel. kitchen AC system overheated and caused sprinklers to soak the entire kitchen. Afterwards service continued with the status of the AC unit being unknown *employees are not encouraged to get tested for covid 19 even when experiencing symptoms. Bathrooms overflowing with hazardous gloves, dirty tissues, napkins, ect. Rooftop restaurant was Dirty, dusty and not properly cleaned, deep cleaning of restaurant by a third party neglected and expected to be done by the untrained staff. Exposed to dirty napkins with stains, Utensils being transported through elevator unsealed, no social distancing enforced between employees, no sanitization stations located in high volume areas. Break room/cafeteria was placed in cramped area where it would seem that it would be dangerous to have. Very exposed to foot trafficked due to it being in a corridor, it is split into two forms, one included being in a steal cage with no distance from others. employees are not encouraged to get tested for Covid-19 even when experiencing symptoms. T8CCR§5142 - HVAC unit in the kitchen is not working properly. T8CCR§3203/5141 - Hazard assessment was not done to control the employees harmful exposures. Not effective safety guidelines for Covid-19 or precautions to protect employees working at the facility.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 100
