1. The employer is not following store COVID-19 policy of cleaning the store. High touch areas are not being cleaned throughout the day and/or every day. T8 CCR 3205 2. The employer is not following COVID-19 regulations by notifying employees who have been in close contact with other employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205 3. The employer is not following COVID-19 regulations for testing and quarantine. Employees who have been in close contact to other COVID-positive employees are not being quarantined and are being asked back to work without having their COVID test results yet. T8 CCR 3205 Note: The complainant states that there have been over 30 cases of COVID-19 in the past ten days.
