1. The employer is not following COVID-19 protocols by maintaining 6 feet of distance. Bus operators are being asked to be in direct contact with ADA and/or wheelchair passengers using the ramp in the rear of the FC5/Van Hool buses. Operators are not being supplied with the proper remote lifts to keep a safe distance between themselves and passengers. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A) 2. The employer is not notifying bus operators when other employees test positive for COVID-19. T8 CCR 3205 3. The employer is not identifying and correcting hazards in a timely manner. Bus operators are to pick up passengers who pose as a hazard by either possessing weapons or being a distraction. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6)
