COVID-19 1. Employer is not ensuring that mask, tubes and machines used in fit testing are properly cleaned prior to and after each use, exposing employees to respiratory hazards and COVID-19. 2. Employer does not ensure that employees that have tested positive (+) with COVID-19 quarantine themselves for 10 - 14 days and have at least tow (2) negative (-) test prior to returning to work, exposing other employees to a health hazard. 3. Employer does not ensure that all employees being fit tested are fitted and tested with the proper fitting respirator, exposing employees to a health hazard. 4. Employer does not ensure that the employees have been trained and have the skills and knowledge of COVID-19 do not encourage social distancing, exposing employees to a health hazard. 5. Employer does not ensure that employees that have returned from a few days after being tested positive (+) are fit tested with different mask, exposing employees to health hazard. 6. Employer does not ensure that tester and safety coordinator do not handle mask and/or equipment with their bare hands before sanitizing them first, exposing employees to a health hazard.
