1. Use of Forklifts/Hilo is used by non-permitted operators and used for unsafe lifting of co-workers to reach high racks/shelfs via standing on the forks instead of the man cage (which is used as a trash holder by the delivery door). 2. Flammable goods (Butane/lighters) stored with mixed products like rolling paper and other paper/cardboard goods. 3. Owners will regularly smoke cigarettes inside the warehouse by said products. 4. No clear mask regulations (at least a quarter of the warehouse staff doesn't wear mask or gloves). 5.
