1. Employee was made to come to work with symptoms. The employee had a fever of 101.2 and a sore throat and were not allowed to call a doctor or go to the hospital or get tested because they didn't have enough employees who wanted to work. This happened 2 days in a row and the employee even asked if they could just go to the hospital. 2. They have numerous employees not wearing face masks and their thermometers don't work right. They aren't educating any staff. Employee had to walk out and quit because they were afraid and didn't want to risk their and their family's health.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-05
