This employer is not following precautions to prevent the spread of covid-19. Properties have more individuals on staff than necessary, do not wear masks, and do not social distance. Employees that have tested positive for the virus have been allowed to return to work and are not being asked to stay home until they are no longer shedding the virus, putting other employees at risk. Even though an employee reported a positive test to the company they did not provide any notice to other employees who were in contact with the individual. Employees should have a right to be informed about their exposure and individuals with a positive test should be required to self quarantine and not be in the office until they are over the illness. They have more employees in the office at once than necessary and could be allowing more employees to work from home but the company instead is forcing workers to come to the office but is failing to follow any guidelines to protect them.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-15
