After the covid outbreak got really serious and businesses closed and social distance practices were to be followed. Employer decided to buy food one day a week and grill out on Fridays. Terrible idea because there is no way that a company should be allowing employees line up in a buffet style line to serve themselves food. However one employee once while grilling out, employee was smoking and on the phone one minute then right back to helping grill. It is understood that the company was trying to appreciate employees.
