1. There has been a high number of COVID-19 cases at the facility and contact tracing is not being performed. Upper management does not tell the employees about the cases so that employees do not have to take time off after being around the employees that were positive. 2. The employer tells employees that people come and spray the facility, but the employer still has employees do the cleaning and sanitizing with chemicals that are provided. The employees are not trained on cleaning for the virus. Employees are not doing a good job with the cleaning and it is not being taken seriously.
