Regulatory Report

Manor Avenue Southwest, Concord, 28025 North Carolina, United States

1. There are trip hazards in the workplace due to drop cords (for fans) lying on the floor where employees work and pass, near to and between the machines. 2. Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: a) There have been about 15 cases among members of the workforce, and employee work stations are less than 6 feet apart: there is concern that the PVC pipe and Saran Wrap barriers, which have been put up, do not provide adequate separation between workers. b) The facility has been seen to be sanitized once only; c) There is no health screening of employees.
