1 Fifty to sixty employees working in the Bullpen are not social distancing, both employees and supervisors are also not wearing masks, exposing employees to Covid-19 transmission. 2 Manual pallet jacks have wheels in disrepair, and dont turn or turn the opposite direction of intended travel, and strike employees causing injury. 3 In the APP department, the APP machines have mail bags that are supposed to be secured by hooks. Many of these hooks are broken , and some bags have to be manually tied onto the supports. The packages ejected into the bags miss the bags that are poorly secured due to broken / missing hooks, and strike the workers. 4 There are no sanitizing stations provided in this area for employees to sanitize hands while working. 5 The supervisors prevent or do not allow employees to use the lavatory / restroom facilities when they need to or to wash hands.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1000
