1. Flammable metal shavings in the production floor are not properly disposed and Employees are not trained in correct safety procedures to clean them. 2. Acetone and Alcohol based products are incorrectly stored throughout the facility. 3. Employees do not wear masks due to Covid-19 and the Employer does not follow appropriate sanitation procedures. 4. Employees operate forklifts without proper certification. 5. Fire extinguishers are not inspected. 6. First Aid Kits are not being re-filled.
