At Dunkin Donuts, 177 Columbia St Adams, MA, employees may be exposed to safety (slip, trip and fall hazards, struck by hazards) and health hazards (COVID-19 hazards) due to: 1. At the drive thru area and at the lobby counter area adjacent to the drive thru: Rain and melting snow leaks into food and drink prep areas causing hazardous slippery conditions. Ceiling displays water damage consistent with imminent collapse. 2. At the restaurant, several employees may have been exposed to COVID-19 virus due to at least one employee that has been tested for Covid and was told to return to work prior to receiving the results of that test, against the current CDC and public health guidance.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
