In the ICU, ER (Emergency Department), COVID-19 Unit and OR: 1. Employees exposed to infectious diseases are not provided personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate for their respective work duties. 2. PPE provided to employees does not fit properly (is not fit-tested) and workers are potentially exposed to infectious diseases. 3. Employees have requested PAPR's (powered air-purifying respirators) in August, again in December and still are being told that the hospital cannot obtain/purchase them.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 5
