1) Managers, janitors, mechanics, vendors, engineers and other employees do not wear face masks. 2) There are too many people at the same time in bathrooms. 3) People in the cafeteria do not wear face masks when not eating. There is more than one person per table. 4) The Changing Room is used to gown up before entering the work area. Often there are too many people in the changing room at the same time. 5) Employees handing out supplies do not wear masks.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 12
