On December 4th, the employer conducted dental procedures on a patient. Employees of the facility had close contact with this patient during that appointment. On the same day the employer held a close-contact meeting with all employees where no masks were worn and social distancing was not practiced. The next day (December 5th) the patient contacted the dental office and notified the employer they tested positive for Covid-19, therefore all employees had potential exposure to COVID-19 on December 4th. The employer required, in writing, that employees come back to work without negative tests and without quarantining the week ending December 11th, 2020.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 12
