Site: 1. Employees are unable to distance due to the nature of the work, the number of employees in the room and the size of the room. 2. Employer has not develop and trained employees regarding the CDC guidelines being followed to reduce their risk to COVID virus. 3. Employer has not provided follow-up care or information to employees re: potential COVID of family member of coworker. 4. No security measures in place for employee who arrives alone at work for the night shift (10 pm to 7 am).Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 5
