33325 8th Avenue South, Federal Way, 98003 Washington, United States

1. The hazard is occurring in the criminal investigation section (detectives). For much of the pandemic. 2. Approximately 15-17 employees have been forced to sit in a small office space, separated by cubicle Walls. 3. The shifts are ten hours long, often times exceeding that and requiring people to share same tight work space for up to 16-20 hours. 4. Laptops have not been provided to the employees and despite numerous requests, laptops have yet to be purchased and handed out to detectives. 5. In the last week, there have been 3 confirmed positive for Covid 19. Additional had to be quarantined and others are waiting for results. 6. Administration has yet to offer laptops or alternate means and requires its detectives to work in the office ,in close quarters with minimal social distancing. 7. They are also refusing to implement modified schedule to minimize risk to others. 8. The outbreak is happening fast and many managers have obtained their own laptops and also have their own offices.
