An employee who was living with a family member hospitalized for Covid-19 did not self-quarantine per the store's guidelines. (Inventory was underway and the store needed manpower). Employer only provided one mask to each employee. Gloves are not always available. There are no separate employee restrooms. Homeless use restrooms.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
