T8CCR§3203(a) - After employees testing positive, there has been no deep-cleaning of the store. The store is not requiring compliance with the mask rules for employees or customers. the store is not providing masks to employees. Employees don't have enough breaks to wash their hands.

T8CCR§3203(a The deli area was not deep-cleaned after an employee who works there tested positive for Covid-19. An employee who was living with a family member hospitalized for Covid-19 did not self-quarantine per the store's guidelines. (Inventory was underway and the store needed manpower). Employer only provided
one mask to each employee. Gloves are not always available. There are no separate employee restrooms. Homeless use restrooms.

Employees who have worked with a Covid-positive employee are not being quarantined. The deli and bakery areas have not been deep cleaned after employees working there
