Item#1: Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is not provided to protect employees against Covid-19 when they enter rooms of children (residents) that are confirmed Covid-19 cases. Item#2: Employees are not trained on how to handle aggressive and violent incidents with children (residents) in the facility. Item #3: Employees are not trained on how to follow procedures regarding Covid-19 precautions when driving children (residents) to medical appointments, which are confirmed or suspected Covid-19 cases. Item#4: Employees are walking from confirmed Covid-19 cases designated isolating areas to non Covid-19 areas without taking off and/or decontaminating their PPE. Item#5: Their is no decontaminating area for employees that work on confirmed Covid-19 cases designated isolating areas. Item#6: Employees are not trained on how to properly put and take off their PPE to enter and exit confirmed Covid-19 designated isolating areas. Item#7: Employees are not provided with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that fits them appropriately to work inside the confirmed Covid-19 designated isolation areas. Item#8: PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) used by employees in confirmed Covid-19 designated isolating areas is not disposed of properly.
