1. Employee works in small office and does not have space to social distance. 2. Employee worked closely with a co-worker on 11/30 for an hour and took their temperature. The co-worker tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was not notified of this. 3. The person may be working while still positive. 4. The employee was not included in the contact tracing for this positive co-worker. 5. Employees were told they should be disinfecting their workspace several times a day and can request to have a deep clean. According to MIOSHA emergency rules, it is the employer's responsibility to establish procedures for disinfection if it suspected or confirmed that an employee has a known case of COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-16
