1- An employee with COVID-19 related symptoms remained at work on 12/22/20 and was not sent home by management. The employee was later tested and was positive for COVID-19 on 12/28/20. Other co-workers could have been exposed and the employer did not notify the affected employees. 2- The restrooms have GoJo Degreaser hand cleaner and there is a concern the cleaner does not kill bacteria and viruses. 3- There are no smoke alarms in the building.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-30
